Utopia apartments are located just off the road to Laganas, 800m (1/2 mile) from the beach and on the edge of the club scene.

Nearby facilities are a convenience, like stores which are open until late, a bus stop for exploring the rest of the island and the use of swimming pools of the nearby hotels. The swimming pools are open to non-residence as long as food and drinks are purchased from the bar.
