The Utopia apartments can accommodate a maximum number of 5 persons using folding beds on request. For each extra person there is an additional cost of 5€/bed.

Reservation Policy
Check in time: Any time
Check out time: You must check out by 12.00.
Deposit: A 30% of the total price is needed in order to complete a reservation.
Cancellation: If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival no fee is charged. If cancelled later, the deposit made for the reservation will be charged.
Extra charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
Other
Pets: Pets are allowed at no extra cost on request.
Parking: Free parking.
Air-conditioning: All apartments are fully air-conditioned at no extra cost.
Children: All children are welcome. A cot can be used for babies at no extra cost.
